Senior Manager, Consumer & Shopper Insights & Portfolio Management - Indonesia

Are you a passionate insights professional ready to drive growth for one of the world's most iconic brands? Coca-Cola is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Consumer & Shopper Insights and Portfolio Management efforts in Indonesia. This is a pivotal role within our ASEAN & South Pacific (ASP) Operating Unit (OU), where you'll be at the forefront of translating consumer intelligence into actionable strategies that shape our portfolio, category approaches, integrated marketing experiences (IMX), and overall commercial decisions.

In this role, you'll be the insights growth engine for the Indonesian market. You'll leverage your deep understanding of consumer and shopper behavior, combined with human sciences, data analytics, and advanced modeling techniques, to unlock new opportunities and drive sustainable growth. A Day in the Life

Imagine starting your day by analyzing the latest consumer trends in Indonesia, identifying emerging needs and preferences that could impact our brand portfolio. You collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new product concepts and refine existing offerings based on your insights.

Next, you dive into shopper data to understand how consumers are making decisions in-store and online. You identify key touchpoints and opportunities to improve the path-to-purchase, working with the commercial team to optimize merchandising and promotional strategies.
