Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Performance Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Usability Testing Screen Reader-NVDA Remediation Services and HTML. Experience in Advent Geneva is a plus. This role requires working from our office during day shifts with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive usability testing to ensure our products meet accessibility standards and provide an optimal user experience.
• Utilize Screen Reader-NVDA to evaluate and enhance the accessibility of digital content for users with disabilities.
• Implement remediation services to address and resolve accessibility issues in existing digital products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HTML solutions that improve product performance and accessibility.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement in product usability and accessibility.
• Develop detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for usability testing and accessibility standards.
• Work closely with developers to ensure that accessibility requirements are incorporated into the design and development process.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in accessibility technologies to keep our products at the forefront of innovation.
• Contribute to the development of training materials and resources to educate team members on accessibility best practices.
• Support the implementation of new tools and technologies that enhance our usability testing capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accessibility regulations and standards in all digital products.
• Foster a culture of inclusivity and accessibility within the organization by advocating for the needs of all users.

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical skills in usability testing with a proven track record of improving user experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using Screen Reader-NVDA to assess and enhance digital content accessibility.
• Have experience in remediation services with the ability to identify and resolve accessibility issues effectively.
• Exhibit a solid understanding of HTML and its application in improving product performance and accessibility.
• Experience with Advent Geneva is highly desirable providing valuable domain expertise.
• Showcase excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Display strong communication skills capable of conveying complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

Certifications Required

Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) or equivalent certification in accessibility testing.
