About the role

As an Online Ads Support Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through email, chat, and phone support. You will be a valued member of the IOA team and assist users with varying levels of technical expertise and contribute to a dynamic team supporting the Client Ads Product. Your ability to solve problems, communicate clearly, and adapt to a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and empathetic support.
  • Manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
  • Communicate with customers via outbound calls and email.
  • Follow all procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently.
  • Document all relevant information from customer interactions.
  • Maintain a positive attitude toward customers and teammates.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and a dynamic operational pace.

Work model

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in Client office in Buenos Aires, Argentina and one day from home. What you need to have to be considered

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (no spelling or grammar errors, clear enunciation).
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into user-friendly instructions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Sheets, Slides, Docs, Chrome, Keep, Calendar, etc.
  • Problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
  • Intermediate level of English (written and reading comprehension) is a plus.
