Application Support – Jr

Location: Guadalajara / Mexico City | Work Model: Hybrid

We’re seeking a motivated Application Support Analyst (Jr) to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work across functional testing, automation, and cross‑functional collaboration, while gaining exposure to transformational programs in Property & Casualty Insurance, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and Finance & Accounting.

What you’ll do

• Participate in daily team status meetings and requirement documentation.
• Design test cases and perform regression, end‑to‑end, and CR testing.
• Ensure environment availability through automation testing and health checks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in test environments.
• Manage daily requests for changes to functional test environments.
• Execute and debug automation scripts for test cases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of methodologies and team deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on project goals.

Must Have

• IT education background.
• Business Analyst and Testing experience (6+ months).
• Conversational English proficiency.

Nice to Have

• Experience with high availability systems.
• Ability to develop and maintain applications using SQL and .NET Core.
