About the role
As a Automation Engineer Coordinator, you will make an impact by ensuring the validated status, operational excellence, and compliance of computerized systems across manufacturing, packaging, utility, and laboratory environments. You will be a valued member of the LATAM Operations team and work collaboratively with on-site and remote support teams, as well as cross-functional stakeholders within the client.
In this role, you will:
Oversee monthly reporting of completed tasks and support provided, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Manage the validated status of computerized systems by coordinating periodic review plans, user access reviews, and performance monitoring.
Lead system patching activities in partnership with responsible technical teams.
Conduct periodic reviews of computerized systems in manufacturing, packaging, utility, and laboratory areas, following internal procedures and approved plans.
Manage periodic qualifications of laboratory systems to maintain compliance and operational readiness.
Handle incidents and user requests, collaborating with on-site and remote support teams to ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs for LATAM sites.
Oversee and manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), Deviation, and Problem processes in accordance with client procedures.
Lead and coordinate on-site teams at in Campinas
What you need to have to be considered:
Proven experience managing validated computerized systems in regulated environments (manufacturing, laboratory, utilities, packaging).
Strong knowledge of periodic review processes, user access management, and system performance monitoring.
Experience with system patching and qualification activities.
Demonstrated ability to manage incidents, user requests, and support teams (both on-site and remote) within defined SLAs.
Familiarity with CAPA, Deviation, and Problem management processes in compliance-driven settings.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
Willingness to travel and work onsite at multiple LATAM locations as required.
Advanced english

Experience supporting pharmaceutical/biotech environments.
Knowledge of LATAM regulatory requirements for computerized systems.
Project management certification or experience leading cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with ITSM tools and reporting platforms.
