About the role

As an Automation QA Manager, you will make an impact by designing and maintaining robust automated testing solutions that ensure high-quality software delivery. You will be a valued member of our Quality Engineering & Assurance team and work collaboratively with onshore and offshore stakeholders to drive automation initiatives across projects.

In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java Selenium or JavaScript.
• Build and enhance automation frameworks to support scalable testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for test planning, execution, and defect triage.
• Drive automation initiatives and ensure continuous integration within Agile environments.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for test failures.

Work model

What you need to have to be considered

• Strong proficiency in Java and Selenium for automation testing.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks.
• Expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with Agile methodology and continuous integration tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently within an Agile team.
