Job Summary

As an App Security Specialist you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organizations applications by implementing robust identity management and governance solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of our applications leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Identity Manager. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks ensuring compliance with industry standards and contributing to the overall security


Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage identity management and governance solutions to enhance application security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into application development processes.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to teams on identity management and governance best practices.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies to continuously improve security measures.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of security strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance security awareness and training across the organization.
  • Analyze security requirements and design solutions that meet business needs while ensuring data protection.
  • Evaluate and implement security tools and technologies to strengthen application security.
  • Support the development and implementation of security frameworks and architectures.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Microsoft Identity Manager into existing systems and processes.


Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in identity management and governance particularly with Microsoft Identity Manager.
  • Demonstrate expertise in application security principles and practices.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Have a solid understanding of security compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Show proficiency in conducting security assessments and audits.
  • Display strong communication skills to effectively convey security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Be adaptable to rotational shifts and committed to working from the office.

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
