Job Summary

Discovery BD Enablement


Responsibilities

Act as a BD enabler and solution consultant for Discovery offerings (LIMS/ELN multimodal data strategy scientific image management precision medicine CMC GenAI accelerators lab automation). Support RFP/RFI solution design PoVs demos and client workshops by translating scientific workflows into compelling solution narratives.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design for Pursuits

Collaborate with BD Managers and Solution Architects to design winning solutions for RFP/RFI responses.

Create process maps data flow diagrams and integration blueprints for LIMS/ELN lab automation and multimodal data platforms.

Pre-Sales Support

Develop demo scripts PoV hypotheses and success criteria aligned to client pain points.

Prepare value articulation decks (cycle-time reduction compliance readiness automation ROI).

Client Engagement

Participate in discovery workshops gather requirements and shape solution positioning.

Support executive presentations with domain insights and technical depth.

Content Creation

Draft case studies solution briefs and thought leadership for proactive pitches.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with AI CoE for GenAI-enabled Discovery use cases (protocol summarization SOP retrieval).

Align with Client Account Teams for pursuit strategy and stakeholder mapping.


Qualifications

MBA or PhD from a reputed institution.

Strong consulting and BD exposure in Life Sciences R&D.

Skills

  • Domain: LIMS/ELN lab automation multimodal data precision medicine CMC.
  • Pre-Sales: RFP/RFI solutioning demo design PoV planning.
  • Tools: LabWare STARLIMS Benchling Dotmatics IDBS preferred.
  • GenAI: Awareness of RAG prompt design basics.

Experience

4 years in business analysis with pre-sales exposure.

Hands-on experience in Discovery workflows and solution documentation.
