Job Title: Business Process Consultant – ServiceNow

Location: Belgium (Brussels)

About the role

As a Business Process Consultant, you will lead discovery workshops, analyze business processes, and design functional solutions for ServiceNow implementations. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide clients on best practices, translate requirements into functional specifications, and ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, and CSM.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct discovery workshops and interviews to capture business requirements and pain points.
  • Document clear and verifiable business requirements, use cases, and process flows.
  • Perform gap analysis between client needs and ServiceNow out-of-the-box capabilities.
  • Design functional aspects of ServiceNow solutions, including forms, workflows, and automation.
  • Advise clients on ServiceNow best practices and ITIL compliance.
  • Translate requirements into technical user stories and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate communication between business users, technical teams, and project management.
  • Develop and execute test plans, including UAT scripts.
  • Contribute to training materials and change management activities for successful adoption.

What you need to have to be considered:

  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, electronics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or Process Consultant, with 2+ years on ServiceNow.
  • Deep knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management).
  • Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
  • Strong consulting skills with experience running workshops and managing stakeholders.
  • Implementation experience in at least one major ServiceNow suite (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM).
  • Experience with CMDB, CSDM, and data management through import sets and transform maps.

  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Domain expertise in HR, CSM, GRC, or Finance.
  • Agile methodology experience and writing user stories.
  • Integration experience with IntegrationHub and enterprise systems (SAP, Azure, AD, Teams, Snowflake, PowerBI).
  • Fluent in English and Dutch; additional European languages are a plus.
