COE Program Manager – Remote
Drives Cross-Functional Alignment across multiple stakeholders, projects and partner teams to achieve shared goals and deliver outcomes.
• Orchestrates Planning & Execution: Partners with COE stakeholders, key partners and project members to drive prioritization, planning, and structured solution adoption.
• Integrates Business & Data Needs: Anticipates COE requirements to ensure seamless integration for strategic insights and decision-making.
• Leads Through Complexity: Creates clarity across dynamic environments and multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment and momentum.
• Enables Executional Excellence: Develops high-impact artifacts, streamlines efficiency, and supports the production of key COE team assets.
• Intake and Prioritization: Develop and manage intake processes to ensure projects are evaluated, prioritized, and aligned with strategic goals. Create transparent and efficient prioritization frameworks.
• Framework Development: Create and implement comprehensive frameworks for engagement, project intake, and prioritization, ensuring they are scalable, adaptable, and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Stakeholder Influence: Influence and manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Orchestration and Coordination: Orchestrate and coordinate complex projects/program and initiatives, managing dependencies, aligning resources, and ensuring cohesive execution across teams.
• Community Building: Build and nurture a community of practice within the organization, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and engagement among team members and stakeholders.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
