Job Summary

Change management lead for enterprise-wide IT/ITSM transformation initiatives. Develop and execute tailored OCM strategies, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and readiness planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive adoption and business alignment. Measure change effectiveness and refine interventions to ensure successful program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change management teams on digital transformation projects, majorly ERP implementations.

  • Envision, plan, and manage enterprise-wide transformation programs from a Change Management standpoint

  • Drive organizational alignment across various stakeholder’s groups (leadership, business champions, change agents, Corp. functions, etc.) through a variety of change enablement and engagement activities

  • Anticipate organizational changes that come with large-scale implementations and plan the change management and communications interventions needed to drive business readiness and adoption

  • Create customized change management roadmaps based on program needs and deploy a structured Organization Change Management (OCM) framework for each phase of the project.

  • Conduct Change Impact Assessment (CIA) workshops and develop tailored mitigation plans to address the stakeholder impacts

  • Develop change personas and their change journeies

  • Compile change readiness findings, identify key personas, user themes and develop a Change Strategy outlining the activities required to support the overall change initiatives

  • Develop a Change Management Plan and engagement Strategy to drive faster adoption and higher utilization of process/system changes

  • Determine the scale, magnitude and complexity of learning and development needed to achieve the future state model and formulate Training Strategy and Plan

  • Collaborate and coordinate with the other teams on the project to manage the project activities, risks and issues

  • Engage with Senior executives (C-suite / steerco.) and Stakeholders (across Geos, program teams and Corp functions) to delivery leader led change

  • Track and report project status, metrics, issues and risks on an ongoing basis to the PMO

  • Drive the key change and readiness activities to meet the program/project KPIs

  • Measure end user readiness and adoption at various levels and refresh the OCM plan as needed to address any identified risks

  • Measure program success post deployment and provide recommendations by assessing program adoption 30-60-90 days’

Essential Skills:

  • Extensive change management experience in leading change for major ERP implementations such as SAP S/4 HANA or end-to-end IT / digital transformation implementations and experience

  • Extensive experience in change management discipline and methodology

  • Strong project management experience to manage complex global OCM programs

  • Good understanding of Technology (software dev, Infra, etc.) and overall IT transformation execution

  • Ability to take ownership and work independently in fast paced complex programs and deliver results

  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with executive level stakeholders (internal/external)

  • Solid conflict management and prioritization skills, and ability to manage ambiguous and difficult client conversations

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in managing business change for 2 end-to-end technology-based adoptions, mergers & acquisitions, digital transformations

  • Change Management Certifications

  • Fluency in English is must. French language proficiency will be a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Work experience at a Tier-1 consulting firm or in a corporate environment

  • MBA or advanced degree in related specialization area preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree required with OCM certifications
