As an AWS contact center Full Stack DBA, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and maintaining web applications from front-end to back-end while ensuring robust database administration. You will be a valued member of the Technology Solutions team and work collaboratively with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
· Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end.
· Build and optimize APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) and manage the full software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment.
· Implement and manage cloud services, primarily AWS, to ensure scalability and reliability.
· Manage and maintain database systems, including setup, configuration, performance tuning, and security.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product development and delivery.

· Proficiency in front-end and back-end programming languages and frameworks.
· Strong knowledge of various database systems, including SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
· Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
· Experience with version control (Git) and containerization (Docker).
· Expertise in API development principles and database schema design.
· Experience with advanced performance tuning and optimization techniques for databases.
· Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Java or Ruby.
· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
