About the role

As a Coupa Functional Support Analyst, you will make an impact by ensuring the smooth operation of procurement and sourcing processes through the Coupa system. You will be a valued member of the EPS Team and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and suppliers to maintain compliance and efficiency.

In this role, you will:

· Provide functional support for tasks related to the procurement cycle within Coupa.

· Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user issues and requests.

· Participate in basic configuration and functional adjustments of the system.

· Document processes and create training materials for end-users.

· Train end-users and suppliers to ensure proper system usage.

Work model:

This is a hybrid position requiring 1 or 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible and support a healthy work-life balance through our wellbeing programs.

What you need to have to be considered:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing operations.

· Strong functional knowledge of procurement processes (requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, supplier management).

· Familiarity with e-procurement platforms (Coupa will be taught during the project).

· Analytical mindset and process-oriented approach.

· Strong communication and teamwork skills.

· Experience with tools such as Ariba, SAP MM, or other procurement solutions.

· Ability to create training materials and deliver effective training sessions.

· Problem-solving skills and adaptability to new technologies.
