Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Specialist in Insurance Claims as Voice Associate where you will leverage your expertise in customer service and domain knowledge to enhance our claims processing. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end claims process ensuring timely and accurate resolution of claims.

  • Analyze claims data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all claims activities.
  • Utilize domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance to assess and process claims effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of claims and interactions in the companys database.
  • Assist in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for new team members.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss challenges and share best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of new strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to improve claims processing.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide feedback to management on potential areas for improvement in claims handling.


Qualifications

  • Possess strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in claims processing within the insurance domain.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.
  • Have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.

Certifications Required

Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or equivalent certification preferred.
