About the role

As a Data Governance & Quality Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and usability of data across the organization. You’ll support strategic and operational decision-making by implementing governance frameworks, validating data, and driving continuous improvement.

What you will do

  • Monitor and validate real-time operational data across systems and dashboards
  • Build and maintain automated reports and KPI dashboards (BigQuery, Looker Studio)
  • Automate data validation and reporting using Google App Script, Python, and Sheets
  • Identify data inconsistencies and propose actionable improvements
  • Conduct data integrity audits and support compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
  • Recommend improvements to data models and stewardship practices
  • Track data quality metrics and report anomalies

What you need to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data governance or data quality roles

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Google BigQuery, and Snowflake
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with data compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA)
