Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated FileNet, IBM Content Navigator, and IBM Enterprise Records Developer to join our team. As a developer in this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise content management solutions. Your expertise will contribute to the success of critical projects within our organization.

Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Development:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse business requirements and design robust solutions using FileNet, IBM Content Navigator, and IBM BAW.
• Develop custom components, workflows, and integrations to enhance the functionality of these platforms.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Platform Customization and Configuration:

• Customize and configure FileNet, IBM Content Navigator, and IBM Enterprise Records to meet specific business needs.
• Hands on experience (7+ years) on FileNet P8 having excellent experience on FileNet 5.X, IBM Content Navigator, ICM , IER, Web services development and integration, Hosting services on WebSphere.
• Hands on experience on CE APIs , PE APIs.
• Implement security models, access controls, and permissions.
• Optimize system performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with database administrators to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• Leverage APIs and web services for system interoperability.
• Strong in Java,Javascript, Springboot
• Basic knowledge on scripting
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Code Review, Best Practices and architectural governance
• Experience working on Support

The annual salary for this position is between $68,422 – $114,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
