Job summary

We are seeking a Finance FPAnly Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in pricing strategies and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role requires strong English language skills for effective communication. The candidate will play a crucial role in financial planning and analysis contributing to the companys strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial models to support pricing strategies and business decisions.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with company goals.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management review.
• Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of various business units.
• Implement cost control measures to enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular financial forecasting and budgeting exercises.
• Utilize advanced financial software to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
• Support the development of long-term financial plans and strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication of financial results to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in financial planning and analysis with a focus on pricing strategies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
• Have a proven track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Show expertise in preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management.
• Display a keen understanding of market trends and their impact on financial strategies.

Certifications Required

Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred.
