Location: Gdansk, Poland
Work model: Poland, remote
Working hours: Monday to Friday; 9am-5pm, 1pm-9pm

About the role

Cognizant seeks BPO partners to support the menu creation and maintenance process across dedicated market. The selected partners will be responsible for accurately creating, updating, and managing merchant menus on the platform in the respective language, ensuring they meet the standards for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

Daily tasks

  • Build merchant menus using provided source materials (PDFs, images, spreadsheets, or web links) in Norwegian.

  • Input menu data (item names, descriptions, prices, modifiers, categories) into internal tools.

  • Process merchant change requests such as price updates, item additions/removals, and category reorganizations.

  • Validate data accuracy against merchant-provided materials.

  • Identify and flag missing, unclear, or inconsistent data for review.

  • Participate in regular quality audits and maintain accuracy thresholds as defined by Uber.

Skills and experience

  • Excellent written and communication skills in Norwegian (C1) and English (B2).

  • Experience in BPO/data operations or digital content management.

  • Strong internal quality assurance processes.

  • Prior experience in handling large datasets and ensuring data accuracy.

  • Experienced in delivering excellent productivity & quality

  • Client service orientation and Team player

  • Ability to learn new tools/applications in a short span of time and use them effectively
