Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in AEM CQ5 Basic JCR servlets OSGI and sling. Experience in OMICS Pipeline development OMOP FHIR HL7 Structural Biology & Modelling is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive projects to success while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

AEM Core Concepts: HTL Editable templates content fragments

API Integrations: RESTful and GraphQL service development/integration

Repository Management: JCR/CRXDE usage

Unit Testing: JUnit AEM Mocks testable service designs

Deployment Support: Maven builds.

Lead the design and implementation of AEM solutions to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.

Oversee the development and maintenance of CQ5 Basic JCR ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Provide technical expertise in servlets OSGI and sling to support project objectives and deliverables.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM solutions with existing systems and workflows.

Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in all aspects of AEM development and implementation.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of AEM solutions.

Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.

Manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Analyze and troubleshoot issues providing timely resolutions to minimize impact on operations.

Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials for end-users.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AEM and related technologies. Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in AEM CQ5 Basic JCR servlets OSGI and sling.

Demonstrate experience in OMICS Pipeline development OMOP FHIR HL7 Structural Biology & Modelling is advantageous.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Show proficiency in project management and resource allocation.

Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
