Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Semantic Search Agentic AI and Generative AI. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to innovative projects and drive technological advancements. Responsibilities

Develop and implement advanced AI solutions using Semantic Search Agentic AI and Generative AI to enhance company products and services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize AI models that improve user experience and operational efficiency. - Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns and insights that inform AI-driven decision-making processes. - Provide technical expertise and guidance on AI-related projects ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards. - Oversee the integration of AI technologies into existing systems ensuring seamless functionality and performance. - Conduct regular assessments of AI models to ensure accuracy reliability and scalability. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and incorporate relevant innovations into ongoing projects. - Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for AI solutions. - Ensure the security and privacy of AI systems by implementing robust data protection measures. - Document AI development processes and outcomes to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. - Provide training and support to team members on AI tools and methodologies to enhance overall team capabilities. - Contribute to the development of AI strategies that align with the companys long-term vision and objectives. - Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team to drive successful AI project outcomes. -Qualifications - Possess a strong background in Semantic Search Agentic AI and Generative AI with proven project experience. - Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java essential for AI development. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work model. - Have a solid understanding of AI ethics and the implications of AI technologies on society. - Show experience in working with cloud platforms and AI frameworks to deploy scalable solutions. - Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
