Role Summary

The Global Salesforce Partner Marketing Manager will lead strategic co-marketing initiatives between Cognizant and Salesforce, driving brand visibility, pipeline growth, and partner engagement across global markets. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across campaigns, events, content, and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and execute global co-marketing strategies aligned with Cognizant’s Salesforce practice and industry verticals.
  • Launch integrated campaigns including ABM, digital, email, webinars, and joint solution promotions.

Event & Sponsorship Planning

  • Lead planning and execution of joint events, including Dreamforce, Salesforce World Tours, and Cognizant-hosted executive roundtables.
  • Manage sponsorships, booth activations, speaker engagements, and post-event follow-up strategies.

Partner Engagement & Enablement

  • Develop partner marketing plans
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison with Salesforce partner teams.
  • Drive joint messaging, content creation, and enablement materials for sales and field teams.
  • Running cadence calls with Salesforce marketing and alliance team

Thought Leadership & Content Strategy

  • Collaborate with SMEs to publish thought leadership assets (whitepapers, blogs, videos) showcasing Cognizant’s Salesforce expertise.
  • Promote content through Salesforce channels, Cognizant.com, and third-party platforms.

Win Promotion & Advocacy

  • Develop and execute strategies to promote client success stories and Salesforce wins.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams and clients to create case studies, testimonials, and press releases.

Social Media & Digital Amplification

  • Manage social media strategy for Cognizant’s Salesforce practice across LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Amplify campaigns, events, and thought leadership through paid and organic channels.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline influence, and ROI.
  • Use analytics to optimize future campaigns and improve partner engagement.

Budget & Vendor Management

  • Manage partner marketing budgets and Market Development Funds (MDF).
  • Oversee agency relationships for creative, digital, and event execution.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Pipeline Influence: Marketing-sourced or influenced pipeline from joint campaigns and events.
  • Event ROI: Attendance, engagement, and follow-up conversion from partner events and sponsorships.
  • Content Engagement: Downloads, views, shares, and lead generation from thought leadership assets.
  • Social Media Metrics: Follower growth, engagement rate, impressions, and click-throughs.
  • Win Promotions: Number of published case studies, client testimonials, and PR mentions.
  • Partner Satisfaction: Feedback from Salesforce partner teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Budget Efficiency: Utilization and ROI of MDF and campaign spend.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in B2B marketing, with experience in partner or alliance marketing.
  • Proven success in managing global marketing programs with strategic technology partners.
  • Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or with Global SIs.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until December 31, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $135,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
