Position Summary

  • Co-ordinate and lead development teams

  • Setup development quality procedures

  • 10+ years of experience in Consulting

  • primarily in Insurance Domain

  • Understand product configuration and customization, documents

  • Receives Requirement from Business and translates it into a structured document

  • Has complete understanding of Guidewire suite

  • Able to explain the stories to the developers and answer to their clarifications on product and domain

  • Develop Guidewire XML model and enhancement classes

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in GW consulting experience, preferably in Policy Centers

  • Should have hands-on and functional knowledge of CC, BC, PC and CM

  • Should have prior client handling experience

  • Good communication skill

Mandatory Skills

  • Candidate should have at least 10+ years of experience in Guidewire

  • Candidate should have good P&C Insurance experience

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Understanding Insurance product line business requirements and prepare functional specification documents.

  • Solution architect working with client teams to drive out solutions for all tracks (Billing, Claims and Document generation)

  • Need to work with all stakeholders to prepare the Architectural blueprint and lead of team of Guidewire consultants

  • Experience with eliciting requirements from business, finance, and technology stakeholders and convert to high level requirements into designs.

  • Participate in and adhere to the architectural and technological strategies that support the development of technology solutions

  • Identify and prioritize architecturally significant requirements translates these requirements into technology solutions and ensures alignment with the enterprise

  • Guides the team during the development sprints. Involves in overall architecture end-to-end design. Participates in design and code reviews.

  • Guidewire ACE certified


Salary Range: >$100,000
