About the role

As a Health & Safety Associate you will make an impact by ensuring compliance of environmental and health and safety aspects across Poland, and support the Global Workplace Services team to implement the Global EHS policy, manual guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance. You will be a valued member of the EHS team and work collaboratively with other team members and key stakeholders

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in the General , Fire, Ergonomics and Psychosocial Risk Assessment, Preventive Plan & Monitoring (Continuous Process)

  • Control, validation and tracking of EHS legal requirements and ISO documentation.

  • Identify EHS training needs, supporting both training implementation and completion.

  • Participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of EHS initiatives and programs consistent with legislative requirements, global guidelines, and industry best practices.

  • Ensure 100% compliance with EHS legal requirements. Track and communicate legislative and system changes, ensuring compliance and reporting progress to leadership.

What you need to have to be considered

  • Graduate with diploma / certification in Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management

  • Previous experience in Safety, Health and Environmental Management.

  • Auditor for ISO-14001 & ISO-45001, NEBOSH Certificate or similar is a plus
