About the role

As an HR Business Partner, you will make an impact by supporting business leaders in driving people-related strategies and initiatives across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding, performance management, retention, and employee relations. You will be a valued member of the Lithuania HR team, working collaboratively with HR colleagues and business stakeholders to deliver integrated HR solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Build trusted relationships with business leaders to support strategic objectives through effective HR practices.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex people-related matters, including talent management, coaching, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Lead HR support for the Digital Engineering department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and HR policies.
  • Partner with leaders and employees to deliver daily support and guidance on HR topics.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and contribute to organizational change management efforts.

Work model

We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring regular presence in our Vilnius, Lithuania office.   • Thorough knowledge of Lithuanian labor legislation.

  • University degree in management, psychology, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English
