About the role

As an HR Intern, you will make an impact by providing comprehensive administrative support and coordinate the development and management of the internship program, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for interns, internal and external stakeholders. You will be a valued member of the HR team and work collaboratively with key stakeholders.

In this role, you will provide administrative support for:

  • Employment contract preparation and contract modification preparation based on template documents
  • Contract audits for onboarding and contract modifications created by Shared service teams or other team members
  • Maintaining trackers
  • Payroll input consolidation, such as monthly awards and allowance consolidation
  • Invoice processing
  • Regular and adhoc reports preparation
  • Access revision - physical access reports review and software licensing access renew and renewal
  • Filing documents
  • Support in other administrative tasks that help the work of the team

You will also assist with:

· Identifying vendors

· Supporting in contracting process

· Liaising between student vendors and company

· Acting as the HR partner for the students

· Daily activities management in relation to the student program

· Development and implementation of a learning plan for interns

· Supporting in creating the student benefits policy

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 1-2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Budapest.
