About the role
As an HR Intern, you will make an impact by providing comprehensive administrative support and coordinate the development and management of the internship program, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for interns, internal and external stakeholders. You will be a valued member of the HR team and work collaboratively with key stakeholders.

· Supporting in contracting process
· Liaising between student vendors and company
· Acting as the HR partner for the students
· Daily activities management in relation to the student program
· Development and implementation of a learning plan for interns
· Supporting in creating the student benefits policy

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 1-2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Budapest. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs. This part time role could suit a student looking to combine with studies.
