Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect with 8 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL Administration Liquibase Databricks. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can design and implement robust infrastructure solutions. The candidate will work in a day shift and no travel is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions to support business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components
- Provide technical expertise in Oracle, MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL Administration to optimize database performance
- Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation to ensure clarity and consistency
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability
- Implement security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities
- Lead infrastructure projects from conception to completion ensuring timely delivery
- Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative work environment
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation
