Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive and engaging storyboards that align with educational objectives and enhance learner engagement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and insights necessary for content creation.
• Design and develop learning content that is both informative and engaging ensuring it meets the needs of diverse learners.
• Create curriculum designs that are structured coherent and aligned with learning outcomes.
• Utilize instructional design principles to create content that is both effective and engaging for learners.
• Review and revise content based on feedback to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure that content is visually appealing and enhances the learning experience.
• Maintain a consistent tone and style across all learning materials to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in content writing and instructional design.
• Ensure all content is accessible and inclusive catering to a diverse audience.
• Provide support in the development of multimedia content to enhance learning experiences.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of content development processes and practices.
• Ensure timely delivery of content projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of storyboarding techniques and their application in learning content.
• Demonstrate proficiency in learning content development and curriculum design.
• Have experience in instructional design with a focus on creating engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Display strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Be adaptable to changing priorities and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
