About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to lead a strategic Data Center Migration Project. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end migration of business-critical applications from the Client´s current data center to a new co-location data center, working closely with global teams, Application Managers, and Operational Service Experts.
This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute to the modernization of the Client´s IT landscape, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance throughout the transition.


In this role, you will:

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the data center migration project, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Act as the primary interface between global stakeholders, technical teams, and business units across IT Infrastructure, Business Applications, and Manufacturing Systems.
Drive detailed migration planning in collaboration with Application Owners, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to compliance requirements (including GxP).
Manage project risks, dependencies, and communications, ensuring clear documentation and proactive resolution of issues.
Ensure alignment with internal IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.
Conduct regular project status updates and steering committee meetings with stakeholders across multiple geographies.
Coordinate vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of the migration plan.
Utilize project management tools and best practices to track progress and report KPIs.


What you need to have to be considered

Robust experience as an IT Project Manager, leading large-scale infrastructure or data center projects.
Strong background in IT systems, data center technologies, and application lifecycle management.
Fluent English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with global teams.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills across technical and business areas.
Experience working in hybrid models, with availability to be on-site 3x/week in Brooklin, São Paulo
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PMI, Prince2, Agile/Waterfall).
