Job Summary

The Technical Lead role is pivotal in driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge software solutions. With a focus on Spring Boot Microservices and Core Java the candidate will lead a team in a hybrid work model ensuring seamless integration and functionality of REST Web Services and PL/SQL. This role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience with a maximum of 12 to effectively manage and deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of robust software solutions using Spring Boot and Microservices to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the integration of REST Web Services to ensure seamless communication between different software components.
• Provide technical expertise in Core Java to enhance the performance and scalability of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of PL/SQL in database management.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in software development to maintain high standards of code quality.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects by effectively managing resources and timelines.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and optimize application performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement security measures to protect applications from vulnerabilities and ensure data integrity.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote continuous learning and professional growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in Spring Boot and Microservices to drive software development projects.
• Demonstrate proficiency in REST Web Services and Core Java for effective application integration.
• Have a solid understanding of PL/SQL for efficient database management and operations.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and improve system performance.
• Show capability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work effectively.
