About the role

As a Kinaxis Implementation Architect, you will make an impact by leading the design and implementation of Kinaxis solutions to meet client requirements. You will be a valued member of the Enterprise Platform Services | Supply Chain Management team and work collaboratively with our clients and other key members of the team as our next Kinaxis Solution Architect you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Kinaxis Maestro solutions to meet client supply chain planning needs. This role ensures alignment between business requirements and technical architecture, driving successful deployments, and continuous improvements.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Kinaxis-based solutions to optimize supply chain processes.
  • Oversee the integration of Kinaxis tools with existing systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on Kinaxis Demand Planning to enhance forecasting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Kinaxis Sales & Operations Planning with business objectives.
  • Develop strategies for Kinaxis Inventory Planning & Optimization to reduce costs and improve inventory turnover.
  • Ensure the scalability and reliability of Kinaxis solutions to support business growth.
  • Conduct regular assessments of Kinaxis systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team proficiency in Kinaxis tools.
  • Monitor industry trends to incorporate best practices into Kinaxis implementations.
  • Support the development of customized Kinaxis reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Kinaxis solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of Kinaxis implementations and recommend enhancements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize the value of Kinaxis investments.

Work model: Remote

  • Possess extensive experience in Kinaxis Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization Sales & Operations Planning and Demand Planning.

  • Have a solid understanding of warehouse management principles and practices.

Certifications Required

  • Kinaxis Consultant Level 1 & 2

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $138,000 - $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
