Job Summary

The Lead Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets within the media domain. With a focus on leveraging Snowflake and Python the candidate will drive data-driven decisions and insights. This hybrid role requires a seasoned professional with 8 to 12 years of experience ensuring impactful contributions to our media projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the analysis of complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that inform media strategies.

Oversee the integration and management of data using Snowflake to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business objectives.

Develop and maintain data models and reporting systems to enhance data-driven decision-making.

Utilize Python to automate data processing and analysis tasks increasing efficiency and accuracy.

Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous validation and cleansing processes.

Design and implement data visualization solutions to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of data-driven initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve data analysis methodologies.

Support the development of data governance policies to maintain data security and compliance.

Mentor junior analysts to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Contribute to the companys purpose by driving impactful media insights that enhance societal engagement.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in Snowflake for data integration and management.

Demonstrate proficiency in Python for automating data tasks and analysis.

Have a strong background in the media domain understanding its unique data challenges.

Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to derive actionable insights.

Show capability in designing data models and reporting systems.

Display strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Maintain a proactive approach to learning and applying new data analysis techniques.
