Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Oversee the entire application lifecycle from concept to deployment to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Implement best practices in coding testing and deployment to maintain high standards of software quality.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and optimize application performance.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative features into mobile applications.

Work closely with QA teams to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues promptly.

Coordinate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between the server and mobile applications.

Manage project timelines and deliverables ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.

Utilize analytics tools to monitor application performance and user engagement making data-driven decisions for improvements.

Ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations to protect user data and maintain trust.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of mobile development frameworks and tools for both iOS and Android platforms.

Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Swift Kotlin and Java.

Exhibit experience in using version control systems like Git for collaborative development.

Have a solid grasp of UI/UX principles to create intuitive and visually appealing mobile interfaces.

Show experience in integrating third-party libraries and APIs to enhance application functionality.

Display strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
