Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with 7 to 10 years of expertise in Data Warehousing and ETL processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Informatica Powercenter, SQL, and Unix Shell Scripting. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of data integration and the ability to design efficient data solutions. The position is based on a day shift schedule with no travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and implement robust data warehousing solutions to support business intelligence and analytics needs.

· Oversee the development and maintenance of ETL processes using Informatica Powercenter to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for data integration projects.

· Provide technical expertise in SQL and Unix Shell Scripting to optimize data processing and transformation tasks.

· Ensure data quality and consistency across various data sources and systems.

· Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture processes and best practices.

· Monitor and troubleshoot data integration workflows to ensure seamless operations.

· Implement data governance and security measures to protect sensitive information.

· Lead efforts to improve data integration efficiency and reduce processing time.

· Work closely with stakeholders to deliver data solutions that align with business objectives.

· Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data warehousing and ETL.

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes and tools.

· Support the team in resolving complex data-related issues and challenges.

Qualifications:

· Possess a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.

· Demonstrate proficiency in Informatica Scheduler and Powercenter for ETL development.

· Exhibit advanced skills in SQL for data manipulation and querying.

· Have experience with Unix Shell Scripting for automation and process optimization.

· Show ability to work in a hybrid model with effective communication and collaboration skills.

· Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

· Hold a relevant certification such as Informatica Certified Professional or equivalent.

Compensation:

- Annual salary range: $100,000 to $115,000 USD
- Bonus eligibility based on performance
