Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable storage solutions using DELL EMC ECS, DELL EMC Datadoman, and Azure Blob Storage to meet organizational needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of storage solutions with existing infrastructure
- Evaluate and recommend storage technologies including Amazon S3 and Google Cloud Storage to enhance system performance and reliability
- Oversee the deployment and configuration of storage systems on Windows and Linux platforms to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical expertise in VERITAS NetBackup to ensure data protection and disaster recovery capabilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for storage architecture and processes to support operational efficiency
- Conduct regular assessments of storage systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in storage management and data security
- Lead initiatives to optimize storage costs and improve resource utilization across the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define storage requirements and develop solutions that align with business objectives
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in storage technologies to drive innovation within the organization
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans for storage infrastructure to support long-term business goals
