As a Lead nCino Developer you will make an impact as the primary point of contact for all nCino domain-related queries and issues. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with management, team members and client.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3-4 days a week in the client or Cognizant office. Location: Toronto, ON

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom applications, features, and integrations within nCino Bank Operating System applications

• Proficient in salesforce integration, asynchronous apex, other Salesforce development tool

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

• Expertise in Salesforce platform and DevOps methodologies
  

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience

• Good knowledge of nCino bank operating system including but not limited to nCino objects, administration tool, and product hierarchy.

• Expert in Salesforce configuration and development

• Experienced with at least one of the DevOps tool, for instance-Copado, ANT, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum, Prodly ensuring a smooth software development lifecycle with minimal user disruption by leveraging automation

• Review and analyze complex business scenarios, operational processes, conduct technical research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives to drive business objectives

• The candidate should have certifications from nCino and Salesforce
