Stakeholder Management
Drives business workshops with business stakeholders
Create a robust product roadmap/backlog
Provide functional oversight for the product delivery by engaging with engineering teams
Contribute to account mining
Contribute to Business Development activities
Contribute to Thought Leadership activities
Mentoring junior team members and practice development activities
Essential Skills
The ideal candidate needs to have strong experience in the Airline domain
Candidate should have prior experience with loyalty management systems
Candidate should strong understanding of product management concepts and should be experienced in developing large scale projects
Candidate should have strong communication skills and be a highly self-motivated problem solver
Candidate should be good at conducting secondary market research and presenting best practices to the stakeholders
The candidate should be good at coordinating with onshore/ offshore and client stakeholders during the engagement
Candidate should be good at anticipating bottlenecks, highlight issues and recommend remedial action
Candidate should have a strong ability to lead teams
Candidate should have strong experience in Agile
Strong IT Experience and Good Business Domain Experience
Demonstrable experience working in a similar role
