Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have expertise in M365 Copilot and Agentic AI with a preference for experience in IT Consulting and Analytics. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects during day shifts contributing to our companys growth and societal impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative solutions using M365 Copilot and Agentic AI to enhance business processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and deploy scalable applications that meet client requirements.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve business outcomes.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and debugging processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders ensuring seamless project execution.
• Document and maintain comprehensive records of development processes ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and implementing best practices.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance technical skills and domain expertise.
• Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of M365 Copilot and Agentic AI with hands-on experience in developing applications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in IT Consulting and Analytics with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of technology.
• Display strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
