Job Summary

The Manager-Data Science role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making within our organization. With a focus on leveraging Generative AI Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence the candidate will lead projects that enhance operational efficiency and innovation. This hybrid position requires a deep understanding of Python and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment contributing to the companys growth and impact on society.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of data science projects to support business objectives.
• Oversee the application of Generative AI and Machine Learning techniques to solve complex problems.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into business operations.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data models and algorithms.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for data manipulation and analysis.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of data science initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies in Artificial Intelligence.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to promote data literacy across the organization.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of data science initiatives.
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Support the development of data governance policies and best practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the data science team.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in Generative AI Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Python for data analysis and model development.
• Have experience in Investment Banking Operations or Investment Banking & Brokerage is a plus.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
• Display strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
