Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI Service MS Power BI MS Excel Database and SQL. This role involves creating impactful data visualizations and reports to drive business decisions. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using MS Power BI to support business decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for data visualization projects.
• Utilize MS Excel for data manipulation and analysis to ensure accurate and insightful reporting.
• Implement SQL queries to extract transform and load data from various databases into Power BI for seamless integration.
• Optimize Power BI reports for performance and scalability to handle large datasets efficiently.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power BI-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and validation checks.
• Document processes and methodologies for data visualization projects to maintain consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Train and mentor team members on Power BI tools and techniques to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Contribute to the companys data-driven culture by promoting the use of analytics in decision-making.
• Support the companys mission by delivering insights that drive strategic initiatives and societal impact.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of Power BI Service and MS Power BI for creating dynamic reports.
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and manipulation tasks.
• Have experience with SQL and database management for efficient data extraction and transformation.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail for troubleshooting and optimizing reports.
• Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment with cross-functional teams.
• Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.

Certifications Required

• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate
