As an nCino Sr Developer, you will make an impact by leading the design and development of nCino Bank Operating System applications, ensuring robust and scalable solutions for commercial and business banking platforms. You will be a valued member of the Banking Technology team and work collaboratively with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

In this role, you will:

- Lead the configuration and development of nCino UI Groups, Routes, Screens, and product catalogs.

- Drive solution design sessions and develop high-level prototypes for business requirements.

- Implement Apex programming, Visualforce pages, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.

- Integrate Salesforce with cloud and on-premise applications using REST APIs and authentication protocols.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and Agile methodologies.

What you need to have to be considered:

- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with 3+ years in nCino applications.

- Expertise in nCino configuration including UI Groups, Routes, Screens, and product management.

- Strong understanding of commercial/business banking and end-to-end credit cycle.

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and no-code tools like Flows and Process Builders.

- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST APIs and OAuth protocols.

These will help you stand out:

- Salesforce Platform Developer -2 certification and nCino certification.

- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

- Strong knowledge of data structures, modeling, and ETL tools.

- Familiarity with source control and release management tools such as GitHub and Copado.

- Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies like SCRUM.

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
