About the Role
We are seeking an experienced o9 Architect with 5–7 years of expertise in o9 Supply Chain Master Planning and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of o9 Integrated Business Planning, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain Analytics, along with proficiency in Python and PL/SQL.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and develop o9 Supply Planning packages, including Workspaces, Page Groups, Pages, Measure Groups, Dimensions, and Fact Files.
• Work fluently with SSIS and IBPL queries.
• Lead the implementation of o9 Supply Chain Master Planning solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Integrate o9 Integrated Business Planning and Demand Planning to align with client objectives and improve decision-making.
• Provide expert analysis using o9 Supply Chain Analytics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
• Develop and maintain o9 MEIO solutions to ensure optimal inventory levels and reduce excess stock.
• Apply Generative AI to innovate and streamline supply chain operations, driving competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of o9 solutions within existing systems.
• Design and execute Python scripts to automate routine tasks and enhance data processing capabilities.
• Implement PL/SQL solutions to manage and manipulate large datasets effectively, supporting business intelligence efforts.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in supply chain management and order processing.
• Deliver comprehensive training and support to clients for successful adoption of o9 solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of o9 Supply Chain Planning and Demand Planning applications.
• Proficiency in Python and PL/SQL for data analysis and process automation.
• Expertise in Supply Chain Management and Order Processing.
• Hands-on experience with o9 Integrated Business Planning and Demand Planning.
• Ability to leverage o9 Supply Chain Analytics for strategic insights.
• Knowledge of Generative AI applications in supply chain contexts.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Work Model

This is a hybrid position, requiring 3–4 days per week in a client or Cognizant office in Halifax,NS. Flexibility is a priority, and working arrangements may change based on project and client requirements. This role requires occasional travel within the U.S.
