Job Summary

As a Lead Developer you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing high-quality software solutions using OT Exstream OT Designer and OT Design Manager. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site ensuring a balanced work-life experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement software solutions using OT Exstream OT Designer and OT Design Manager to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components. - Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality coding standards and best practices. - Design and document software architecture to support scalability and maintainability. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Contribute to the improvement of development processes and methodologies for enhanced efficiency. - Ensure timely delivery of software projects by effectively managing priorities and deadlines. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates. - Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulations. - Optimize software performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies. - Support the deployment and maintenance of software applications in a hybrid work environment. -Qualifications - Possess a strong background in OT Exstream OT Designer and OT Design Manager with proven experience. - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues. - Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry advancements. - Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in software development with a focus on relevant technologies
