Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Developer with 3 to 12 years of experience specializing in OpenText VIM. The role involves working in a hybrid model focusing on developing and optimizing solutions that enhance business processes. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality contributing to the companys growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement OpenText VIM solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of VIM solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance in the design and development of VIM applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VIM applications to maintain optimal performance.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize existing VIM solutions to enhance performance and scalability.
• Document technical specifications and user manuals for developed solutions.
• Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for development tasks.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in OpenText VIM technology.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the benefits of VIM solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for further enhancements and innovations.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in OpenText VIM and related technologies.
