About the role

We are seeking an Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Lead with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OFA-Procurement Oracle Cloud FIN - Payables Oracle Cloud FIN - Cash MGT and Oracle Cloud ERP- Configs. A background in GL Accounting and Finance & Accounting is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual to drive efficiency and innovation in our financial systems.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud ERP configurations to enhance financial processes.
• Oversee the integration of OFA-Procurement systems to streamline procurement operations.
• Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud FIN
• Payables to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
• Manage Oracle Cloud FIN
• Cash MGT to optimize cash flow and financial liquidity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial systems with business objectives.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements in financial operations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies through effective system management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud applications to minimize downtime.
• Train and support end-users to maximize the efficiency of financial systems.
• Participate in strategic planning to align financial systems with organizational goals.
• Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve functionality.
• Contribute to the company’s success by driving innovation and efficiency in financial operations.

What you need to have to be considered

• Possess strong expertise in OFA-Procurement Oracle Cloud FIN
• Payables and Oracle Cloud FIN
• Cash MGT.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle Cloud ERP configurations to support financial processes.
• Have a solid understanding of GL Accounting and Finance & Accounting principles.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and drive improvements.
• Show excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
