About the role

We are seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Approval Workflow Core HR Security Fast Formula and Absence Management. This role involves working in a hybrid model with no travel required, focusing on enhancing our HCM systems to drive efficiency and innovation.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions to optimize business processes.
  • Oversee the development and customization of Approval Workflow to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide expertise in Core HR functionalities to enhance employee management systems.
  • Ensure robust security measures are in place within Oracle Cloud HCM to protect sensitive data.
  • Utilize Fast Formula to create and modify calculations and rules for various HCM processes.
  • Manage Absence Management configurations to streamline leave tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HCM solutions with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular system audits and assessments to maintain system integrity and performance.
  • Offer guidance and support to team members on Oracle Cloud HCM tools and functionalities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities and user experience.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for implementation.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to empower users with HCM system knowledge.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements to ensure our HCM solutions remain cutting-edge.

What you need to have to be considered

  • Possess extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Approval Workflow and Core HR.
  • Demonstrate strong skills in Oracle Cloud HCM Security and Fast Formula.
  • Have a solid understanding of Absence Management within Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Experience with Charles River and Advent Geneva is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in collaborating with diverse teams in a hybrid work environment.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with HCM technologies.

Certifications Required

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $138,000 - $162,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
