About the role

We are seeking an Oracle EBS Functional Finance Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Fixed Assets EBS-Receivables EBS-Payables EBS-General Ledger and EBS-Cash Management. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts focusing on enhancing our financial systems and processes.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the design and implementation of financial systems ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
  • Oversee the integration of EBS modules such as Receivables Payables General Ledger and Cash Management to optimize financial operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on Fixed Assets management ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of company assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues enhancing overall efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures to support ongoing operations and audits.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system enhancements.
  • Ensure seamless data migration and system upgrades minimizing disruptions to business operations.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower users with knowledge and skills for effective system utilization.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

  • Demonstrate experience in Payments and Commercial Claims which is considered an asset.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $138,000 - $162,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
