About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM/Financial Planning Applications Consultant to support planning forecast model enhancements scenario modeling metadata updates and ongoing application tuning. Will partner closely with FP&A and Financial Reporting teams.

What you need to have to be considered
· 9 to 10 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud/Hyperion environments.
· Strong metadata governance business rule scripting Essbase cube operations.
· Experience with rolling forecast models and driver-based planning methodologies.
· Ability to support periodic patch management testing defect triage and performance tuning.
· Ability to translate accounting & policy requirements into system behaviors.
· Strong stakeholder alignment skills and experience in fast-scaling environments.
· Experience supporting month-end close reconciliations and audit readiness.
· Possess extensive experience with Oracle Cloud FIN modules including Receivables Cash Management Payments Payables Assets General Ledger and Expenses.
· Demonstrate proficiency in OTBI and Financial Reporting Studio for creating detailed financial reports.
· Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
· Show capability in leading workshops and training sessions to enhance user knowledge and system adoption.
· Display strong project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving project goals.
· Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex system challenges.
· Showcase strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
· Have a proven track record of successfully leading system implementations and upgrades.
· Display a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
