About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Principal Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OTBI SQL Oracle Cloud ERP Oracle BI Publisher XML Publisher and PL/SQL. Experience in Asset Management Operations is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive innovation and efficiency in our projects.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions to enhance business processes and efficiency.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of OTBI and Oracle BI Publisher reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Provide technical expertise in SQL and PL/SQL to optimize database performance and data retrieval.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle solutions with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain XML Publisher templates to support dynamic reporting needs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical implementations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities and user experience.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of learning and growth.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement necessary system enhancements.
  • Utilize domain knowledge in Asset Management Operations to tailor solutions that meet specific business needs.
  • Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks both remotely and on-

site.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $156,500 - $183,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
