Job Title: PEGA Lead System Architect

About the role

In this role, you will:

• Design enterprise-class structures, data models, and application frameworks using Pega PRPC.
• Ensure best-in-class designs for performance and scalability, adhering to Pega guardrails and coding standards.
• Lead technical teams independently from inception to transition.
• Interact with business users and analysts to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Access Pegasystems centralized support infrastructure and leverage global solution libraries.
• Coach and mentor technical team members to maintain quality and compliance.
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure deliverables meet client objectives.
• Provide technical expertise on integration technologies and enterprise architecture stacks.

What you need to have to be considered:

• PEGA Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification on Pega 8.x (PEGA Infinity) – mandatory.
• Minimum 8+ years of overall experience, including 6+ years as a Pega PRPC Developer.
• Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC Insurance frameworks and solution development.
• Strong understanding of Pega PRPC DCO and requirement management.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum project implementations.
• Knowledge of enterprise technologies including Open Source, web development, and databases (DB2, Oracle, SQL).
• Ability to work in international and multicultural environments.
