Job Summary

MS Power BI Administration to drive impactful data solutions. In this hybrid role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and optimize data architectures that enhance business intelligence capabilities. With a focus on innovation and efficiency you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights contributing to the companys strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of robust data architectures using MS Power BI to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Oversee the administration and optimization of Power BI environments to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for data modeling visualization and dashboard creation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
• Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture and Power BI configurations.
• Conduct regular performance tuning and troubleshooting to address any issues in the Power BI environment.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team members proficiency in Power BI tools.
• Monitor and evaluate emerging trends in data analytics to recommend innovative solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate with IT teams to integrate Power BI with other enterprise systems and data sources.
• Support the development of data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Engage in strategic planning to align data architecture with business goals. Qualifications
• Possess a deep understanding of MS Power BI administration and its application in business intelligence.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Have a proven track record of successfully implementing data solutions in a hybrid work model.
• Show proficiency in data modeling visualization and dashboard creation using Power BI.
